Crafted from cold cast resin, this skull is painted by hand to show off a true passion for art. The design of the resin resembles real bone structure, enhancing the authenticity of this remarkable piece. Starting from the top, the iconic Grim Reaper sits at the forehead of the skull, hands clasped together in prayer, and with wings displayed and expanded. The Grim Reaper is painted grey to resemble stone. Under the Reaper’s hands, a crucifix marks the forehead with six red-painted faux rubies adorning it. The skull is also painted grey to resemble stone. Realistic carved spider webs are on either side of the eye sockets. Intricate filigree is carved into the upper cheekbones and lower jaw. Realistic sutures are also carved into the skull for added depth and dimension. The red rose at the back of the skull sits on top of more carved filigree and a scroll that says “THE DEAD” on it. Four red roses form the frame for this design, two on either side of the skull. The bottom rose is larger than the one above.
